A PriorDesk specialist is named, US-based, already trained on orthopedic, spine, and pain authorizations, and works inside your EHR from the first week. Work is performed inside your systems as a provisioned user, under accounts your practice creates and can revoke. PriorDesk does not maintain a separate patient database or a duplicate patient roster outside your systems.

Which EHR do you work in?
Yours. We work in your system as a provisioned user. There is nothing to install and nothing to migrate.
Do you handle pharmacy prior authorizations?
Not in our current offer. PriorDesk handles medical-benefit authorizations: procedures, injections, surgeries, and the imaging your physicians order.
Who handles the work?
Named, US-based authorization specialists assigned to your practice. Your account is not passed through a rotating queue.
Is PriorDesk HIPAA compliant?
PriorDesk operates as a HIPAA business associate. A Business Associate Agreement is executed, and the security, training, device, and access requirements in your scope are completed, before any patient information is accessed. During the proposal process, no patient information is collected.
How fast can we start?
As soon as the Business Associate Agreement is signed and access is provisioned. Go-live follows your IT, not our calendar.
