Privacy notice.
Effective September 5, 2026.
PriorDesk ("PriorDesk," "we," "us") operates priordesk.com. This notice explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. This website describes our prior authorization support services for orthopedic, spine, and interventional pain practices and lets a practice request a written proposal. It is not used to deliver services.
This website does not collect patient information
Nothing on this website is designed to receive protected health information (PHI) or any other patient information. Do not submit patient names, dates of birth, member or policy numbers, diagnoses, clinical notes, charts, or any other patient information through this website or its form. If patient information is submitted despite this notice, we will delete it and will not act on it. Any patient information involved in future services would be handled under a written agreement with the client practice, not through this website.
What the proposal form collects
When you request a written proposal, the form asks only for business information: your practice name, your specialty, the EHR your practice uses, your highest-volume payers, your approximate number of prior authorization requests per month, and a work email address. The form has no free-text field and no file upload.
How we use it
We use this information to prepare and send a written scope and price for prior authorization support, and to correspond with you about that proposal. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for any other marketing.
How it is delivered and kept
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to a form-delivery service, which emails them to a PriorDesk mailbox. This website does not store submissions in a database of its own. We keep submissions in our email for as long as needed to respond to your request and for ordinary business records, and we delete them on request.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to operate and secure the service.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted by replying to any message you receive from PriorDesk.
Changes
We may update this notice as PriorDesk moves from proposals to service delivery. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version.
